As first-time homeowners wanting to protect our newly built home, we were nervous about finding the right company for our gutters. We originally received a quote from LeafFilter that was over $7,000, but after speaking with Luis at Aquaworks, we discovered the measurements from the previous quote were significantly larger than what our home actually required. We're so grateful we decided to get a second opinion because it saved us from making a very expensive mistake. From our first conversation, Luis was patient, honest, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the process, materials, and pricing, and we truly appreciated his transparency. We never felt pressured—just well taken care of. The installation crew was courteous, professional, and did an amazing job. The finished gutters look fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. I've had such an amazing experience working with Luis and his crew! From the initial quote there has been kind, professional communication addressing any install concerns or questions I had. I had some wood rot behind some really old gutters I was having replaced and Luis was so empathetic and helpful in working with me to resolve the issue so we could continue with the install. Luis and his team came and cleaned and updated my gutters. They were professional and friendly, offering solutions to prevent water from flooding parts of my home during a heavy rain. I couldn’t be more pleased. All of this was done for a great price.
